PROVIDENCE— Lt. Governor Elizabeth Roberts today announced the online launch of LtGov en Espanol, a Spanish language version of the website for the Office of the Lt. Governor (at http://www.ltgov.ri.gov/esp/). “LtGov en Espanol is designed to encourage those who speak Spanish to easily access information on our website.“ said Lt. Governor Roberts. “It is important for Rhode Islanders to have access to information about their government. This additional resource on my website is a step forward in government transparency.” Spanish speaking Rhode Islanders will find information on the Small Business Advocacy Council, including the Buy Local RI initiative to grow sales and consumer base for locally owned businesses. LtGov en Espanol also provides information about affordable health insurance options, news from the Long Term Care Coordinating Council and updates from the Emergency Management Advisory Council.
