Governor Donald L. Carcieri and RIEMA Executive Director Robert Warren will welcome home the Rhode Island USAR team, scheduled to arrive today between 5-6 pm after their 15 day deployment. The team traveled to the Hancock County, Mississippi on September 15, 2005 to assist in search and rescue efforts.
