On Saturday April 19, 2025, at 3:33 PM, Troopers arrested Amber O'Connell, age 34, of 93 Sims Road, Quincy, MA, for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Simply Assault, out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Public Street, in the City of Providence. O'Connell was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Corrections Institutions Women's Intake Center.
On Saturday April 19, 2025, at 10:33 PM, Troopers arrested Albert Perez, age 30, of 26 East Drive, Providence, RI for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with A Suspended License-4th or Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Fountain Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Perez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Corrections Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Sunday April 19, 2025, at 11:16 PM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Torres, age 37, of 207 Manville Road Apt. #2C Woonsocket, RI for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Under 10 grams. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Orms Street, in the City of Providence. Torres was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Corrections Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Sunday April 20, 2025 at 12:06 AM, Troopers arrested Adrian Nkwocha, age 36, of 147 King Charles Road Columbia, SC for 1.) Obstruction, 2.) Resisting Arrest, and 3.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on India Street in the City of Providence. Nkwocha was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future 6th Division District Court arraignment date.
On Sunday April 20, 2025 at 1:50 AM, Troopers arrested Sean Flack, age 36, of 39 Fair Street Warwick, RI, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol – B.A.C .15 or Greater (0.155 and 0.158). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Flack was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
