On Friday April 18, 2025, at 12:45 PM, Troopers arrested Antwan Stuckey, age 32 of 150 Stamford Avenue, Providence, RI for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with No Application for License. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10, in the City of Providence. Stuckey was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Friday April 18, 2025, at 6:10 PM, Troopers arrested Cas Kilby, age 33, of 4453 Middle Road, Conneaut, Ohio, for 1.) License or Permit to Carry Pistol, 2.) Two counts of Large Capacity Feeding Device Prohibited, and 3.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Substance (Cocaine). This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. Kilby was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment Date.
On Friday April 18, 2025, at 11:35 PM, Troopers arrested Juan Fernandez, age 53, of 268 Adelaide Street, Providence, RI for 1.) Identity Fraud- 1st Offense, 2.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty, and 3.) Providence Superior Bench Warrant originating from the Providence Police Department on the original charge of Possession with Intent to Deliver 1oz to 1 Kilo (Cocaine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Fernandez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
