On Friday March 28, 2025, at 12:12 AM, Troopers arrested Jhonatan Mercedes Francisco, age 38, of 43 Burrows Street, Providence, RI for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Cocaine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Cranston. Mercedes Francisco was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.
