Scituate Barracks

At 1:45 PM, Troopers arrested Jamie Samayoa, age 39, of 901 Park Avenue, Floor 3, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V less than 10 grams (Crack Cocaine) and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Felony Shoplifting originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East School Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to Rhode Island State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later turned over to Woonsocket Police Department.

At 1:45 PM, Troopers arrested Daniel Medina, age 44, of 56 Circledale Drive, Cumberland, Rhode Island for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Duty to Stop in Accidents Resulting in Personal Injury originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department, 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Duty to Stop in Accidents Resulting in Personal Injury originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department, 3.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Technical Violation for Restitution Review on the original charge of Duty to Stop in Accidents Resulting in Personal Injury originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department, 4.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for a Technical Violation on the original charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department, 5.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Obstructing a Police Officer originating out of the Smithfield Police Department, and 6.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting – 1st Offense originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East School Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to Rhode Island State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Smithfield Police Department.
