On March 5, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Travone Green, age 30, of 27 Centre Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from West Warwick Police Department for Felony Domestic Assault; and 2.) Federal Probation Warrant on an original charge of Possession of a Firearm. Mr. Green was taken into custody without incident and turned directly over to West Warwick Police for transport to the West Warwick Police Department for arraignment.
On March 5, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Anthony Stevens, age 26, of 1216 Park Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, on a Drug Enforcement Administration indictment Warrant for Dangerous Drugs. Mr. Stevens was taken into custody without incident and transported directly by Marshals to the Federal Courthouse in Providence for his court appearance.
On March 5, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Shaylon Judd, age 31, of 45 Yale Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from Portsmouth Police Department for Counterfeit Checks and Larceny. Ms. Judd was taken into custody without incident and transported directly to the Portsmouth Police Department for her arraignment.
On March 6, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Yeuri Sierra Amador, age 28, for the following: 1) Arson - 5th Degree; and 2) Destruction of Public Property. Mr. Amador was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court violator and granted $10,000 surety bail.
On March 6, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Jonathan O'Brien, age 29, for the following: 1) Domestic Violation of No Contact Order - 3rd Offense; and 2) Obstruction of the Judicial System. Mr. O'Brien was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court violator and granted $5,000 surety bail.
On March 6, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Jerome McCarthy, age 36, of 82 Abbey Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Connecticut. Mr. McCarthy was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he waived extradition proceedings. Mr. McCarthy was ordered held at the ACI pending his return to Connecticut.
On March 8, 2025, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Julio Mora Cartagena, age 34, of 237 Alabama Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for Disorderly Conduct (Fighting / Tumultuous Behavior). Mr. Cartagena was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released on $1,000 Personal Recognizance.
