On Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 2:10 PM, Troopers arrested Kyla Ramirez, age 24, of 44 Calder Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of a Protection Order – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned/presented as a bail violator by the Justice of the Peace and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center pending arraignment at Third Division District Court.
On Monday, March 10, 2025 at 3:15 AM, Troopers arrested Andre J. Williams, age 29, of 1585 E 52nd Street, Brooklyn, New York for 1.) Manufacture/Sell/Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell Schedule I/II Fentanyl – 1oz – 1kg – First Offense, 2.) Manufacture/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I/II Controlled Substance – First Offense and 3.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Tramadol). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment at Fourth Division District Court.
