On Saturday March 8th at 1:03 AM, Troopers arrested Van Segarra, age 44, of 159 Greeley Street, Providence, RI for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Cocaine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. Segarra was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a probation violator.
On Saturday March 8th, at 1:12 AM, Troopers arrested Julio Gonzalez, age 60, of 46 Elder Street, Pawtucket, RI for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC .10-.15 (Phase I: .143% / Phase II: .139%) – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Old Louisquisset Pike in the Town of Lincoln. Gonzalez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Saturday March 8th at 3:03 AM, Troopers arrested Alex Fernades-Depina, age 32, of 18 Greenville Street, Apt. 2, Boston, Mass for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor- BAC Unknown- First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test- First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. Fernades-Depina was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
