At 1:12 AM, Troopers arrested Emmy Pastrana, age 32, of 198 Clarence Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Pastrana was transported to Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
