On March 4, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Devan Guilbault, age 31, of 109 Ruggles Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department for the following: 1) Threats to Public Officials(Police Officer); 2) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty; and 3) Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Guilbault was taken into custody without incident and transported directly to the Cranston Police Department for questioning and arraignment.
On March 4, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Katie Hayes, age 35, of 235 South Main Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for the following: 1) Aggravated Assault with a Knife; and 2) Providence Superior Court Warrant for Violation of Probation on an original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V. Ms. Hayes was taken into custody without incident and turned over to a Providence Police Officer for transport to the Providence Police Department for arraignment.
