On Sunday March 2nd at 8:38 PM, Troopers arrested Lance O'Brien, age 54, of 25 2nd Avenue, North Attleboro, MA, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor 1st Offense (Blood Results Pending). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 95, in the City of Providence. O'Brien was transported to RI Hospital where he submitted a blood test and was later misdemeanor released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
On Monday March 3rd at 1:50 AM, Troopers arrested Harry Rosas, age 35, of 25 Audrey Street, Providence, RI, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – Second Offense, 3.) Obstruction, and 4.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Linwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Rosas was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
