At 2:32 AM, Troopers arrested Carilenny Francisco, age 41, of 31 Mill Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC .10 - .15 (Phase I: .133% / Phase II: .132%) – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
