At 11:40 AM, Troopers arrested Tommy Walker, age 44 of 123 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Suspended/Revoked License, originating out of North Smithfield Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Constitution Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for Arraignment.
At 2:02 PM, Troopers arrested Levi Sullivan, age 40, of 901 Douglas Avenue Apartment #1, Providence Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Felony Shoplifting out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.
At 12:46 AM, Troopers arrested Raul Lopez, age 36, of 11 Worth Street, Apartment #2, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates, 2.) Providing False Documents to a Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.
At 2:02 AM, Troopers arrested Eugene Grundy, age 33, of 57 Milton Road, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, and 2.) Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
At 2:02 AM, Troopers arrested Brigitte Healey, age 36, of 15 Monongahela Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, and 2.) Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
At 2:42 AM, Troopers arrested William Marrero Castejon, age 36, of 13 Suffolk Street, Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chad Brown Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.
At 2:55 AM, Troopers arrested Nathan Silva, age 26, of 225 Sterry Street, Apartment #1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Eluding Law Enforcement – Second Offense, 2.) Reckless Driving – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject being located and subsequently taken into custody by the Providence Police Department. The subject was processed and held at the Providence Police Department pending morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.
