On February 3, 2025, members of the Intelligence Unit, the Violent Fugitive Task Force (VFTF) and the Uniform Bureau arrested Craig Washington, age 22, of 179 Second Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol; 2) Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of a Crime of Violence; 3) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 4) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department for Domestic Felony Assault; and 5) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant on an original charge of Felony Assault out of the Woonsocket Police Department. Mr. Washington was arraigned in Sixth Division District Court and held without bail as a Superior Court probation violator.

On February 3, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Carnell Marrow, age 47, last known address of 199 Roberts Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Failure to Register as a Sex Offender originating out of the Providence Police Department; and 2) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination on an original charge of Burglary out of the Newport Police Department. Mr. Marrow was taken into custody and turned over to the Providence Police Department.

On February 3, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Leon Eghian, age 55, of 650 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses Over $10,000; 2) Giving False Documents to a Public Official; and 3) Fraudulently Obtaining Public Assistance. Mr. Eghian was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $10,000 personal recognizance.

On February 3, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Units arrested Chanthavy Khlok, age 42, of 146 Cavalcade Boulevard, Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Larceny - Over $10,000; 2) Access to a Computer for Fraudulent Purpose; and 3) Forgery and Counterfeiting in General. Ms. Khlok was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $25,000 personal recognizance.
