At 3:57 PM, Troopers arrested Michel Makhlouf, age 34, of 32 Upton Road, Westborough, Massachusetts for 1.) Obstruction of an Officer in Execution of Duty 2.) Disorderly Conduct and 3.) Resisting Arrest. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to reports of a road walker on Route 146. Makhlouf was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks where he was processed and held overnight Pending Arraignment at Third District Court.
At 12 :47 AM, Troopers arrested Joseph Aloisio, age 62, of 3 Kiki Circle, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense – B.A.C. Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the Town of Johnston. Aloisio was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult
