ARREST: 25RIK2-39-AR LOCATION: NORTH KINGSTOWN
At 2:49 pm Troopers arrested Jeremy Smith, age 39, of 195 Main Street, Apartment #C, Blackstone, Massachusetts on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Second-Degree Sexual Assault originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 in the Town of North Kingstown. Mr. Smith was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake.
ARREST: 25RIK2-40-AR LOCATION: NORTH KINGSTOWN
At 9:48 PM, Troopers arrested Bogdan Nowak, age 62, of 500 Island Drive, Palm Beach, Florida, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released in the custody of a responsible adult.
