On January 29, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Shaun Allen, age 25, last known address of 48 Laval Street, Apartment #1, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order - Second Offense. Mr. Allen was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
On January 29, 2025 members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Justin Araujo, age 36, last known address of 1022 Main Street, apartment #3, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with original offense(s) of: 1) Larceny of a Motor Vehicle; and 2) Conspiracy. Mr. Araujo was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
On January 29, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged David Nadeau, age 60, last known address of 72 Gough Avenue, Apartment #27, West Warwick, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with original offense(s) of: 1) Conspiracy; 2) Larceny over $1,200; and 3) Receiving Stolen Property over $1,200. Mr. Nadeau was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
On January 30, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Christopher Carvalho, age 29, of 27 Nicholas Browns Yards, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; and 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Oxycodone. Mr. Carvalho was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and then to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment, where he was ordered held without bail.
On January 30, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Justin Lomastro, age 24, of 52 Dayton Court, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Obscene Material Distribution out of the Warwick Police Department. Mr. Lomastro was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
On January 30, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Pedro Botehlo, age 51, of 66 Grovedale Street, Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz -1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; and 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance - Marijuana. Mr. Botehlo was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and then turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.
On January 31, 2025, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Migdalia S. Alonzo, age 26, of 26 Joslin Street, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for Larceny of the Person 65+ over $500.00. Mrs. Alonzo was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
On January 31, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Juan Larracuente, age 35, of 125 Rutland Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for two counts of felony malicious injury to animal. Mr. Larracuente was taken into custody and turned directly over to the Cranston Police Department.
