At 12:47 AM, Troopers arrested Francisco Irizarry, age 30, of 15 Maple Avenue Apartment 1, Riverside, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Mr. Irizarry was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator, pending morning arraignment.
