At 2:28 a.m., Troopers arrested Alexander Y. Noncent, age 33, of 97 Alverson Street, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pocasset Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a noticed to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
