On Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 2:54 PM, Troopers arrested Amilcar Sandoval Juarez, age 26, of 13560 Blessed Lane, Stapleton, Alabama for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates, and 2.) Giving False Document to Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Exeter. Mr. Sandoval Juarez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of Peace and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
On Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 4:20 PM, Troopers arrested Christopher Vieira, age 33, of 58 Lyndon Road, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Disorderly Conduct – Fighting and Tumultuous Behavior. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Washington County Courthouse for a disorderly subject that was taken into custody by the Rhode Island Sheriff's Department. Mr. Vieira was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace as a bail violator and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
