Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 10:50 PM, Troopers arrested Alayja E. Burton, age 25, of 16 Woodward Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving Without a License, originating out of the State Police – Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.

At 11:02 PM, Troopers arrested Manuel E. Peguero, age 27, of 204 Lenox Avenue, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Speck Avenue in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult, with a noticed to appear in Third Division District Court.

At 1:47 AM, Troopers arrested Marc A. Dure, age 49, of 12 Rankin Avenue, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult, with a noticed to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 1:54 AM, Troopers arrested Helene K. Detrigueros, age 52, of 172 Smith Street, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Operating on a Foreign License After Suspension in this State; 2.) Obstruction 3.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Disposition on the original charge of Unlawful Breaking and Entering, originating out of the Providence Police Department; 4.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Disposition on the original charge of Unlawful Breaking and Entering, originating out of the Providence Police Department; 5.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Disposition on the original charge of Unlawful Breaking and Entering, originating out of the Providence Police Department; and 6.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Larceny under $1500, originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smith Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and held overnight as a bail violator.
