On January 14, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Alex Bradley, age 45, last known address of 65 Ipswich Street, Johnston, Rhode Island, on a Federal Arrest Warrant for Violation of Probation on an original charge of Bomb Threats. Mr. Bradley was taken into custody, turned over to members of the United States Marshals Service and transported to the Rhode Island Federal Courthouse.
On January 14, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force, assisted by members of the United States Postal Inspection Service, arrested Abraham Rahed, age 47, of 331 Harkney Hill Road, Coventry, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz – 1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Adderall; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule III Controlled Substance – Suboxone; and 5) Controlled Substance Conspiracy. Mr. Rahed was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was ordered held without bail.

On January 14, 2025, the Special Victims Unit arrested Kassandra M. Martinez, age 26, for the following: 1.) Child Endangerment; and 2.) Obstructing a Police Officer. Ms. Martinez was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace with a future court date.
On January 14, 2025, members of the Auto Theft Unit arrested Keisy Marcano, age 43, of 433 Woonasquatucket Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses. The subject was special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released pending a future court date.
