On Sunday January 12th, at 2:43 PM Troopers arrested Dennis Garnetto, age 46, of 1250 South Broadway Street Apartment #21, East Providence Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review of Pay on the original charge of Simple Assault and/or Battery, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the Town of Lincoln. Garnetto was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Monday January 13th at 1:01 AM, Troopers arrested Davon Johnson, age 20, of 100 Garfield Street Apt #2, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for arraignment on the original charge of Simple Assault originating out of the North Providence Police Department, 2.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Vandalism originating out of the North Providence Police Department, and 3.) Obstructing a Police Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dexter Street in the City of Central Falls. Johnson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a probation and bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
