Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Carter, age 41, of 56 Fairmount Ave, #2, Providence Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of District Court Protection Order – 3rd or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was a result of a barracks investigation by Trooper Stinson and the subject turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. The subject was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released with a notice to appear at Sixth District Court.

At 9:45 PM, Troopers arrested Stephen Taylor, age 23, of 27 Greely Street, Providence, Rhode Island on 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Rhode Island State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a residence check. Taylor was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 10:47 PM, Troopers arrested Jovita Garcia Perez, age 21, of 105 Whittier Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates and 2.) Giving False Documents to a Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Cranston. Garcia Perez was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Female Intake Center, where she will be held as a bail violator.

At 11:50 PM, Troopers arrested Krishon Butler, age 28, of 100 Robert Jemison Drive, Birmingham, Alabama for 1.) an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Obtaining a Vehicle with the Intent to Defraud originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Warren Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Butler was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
