At 1:01 AM, Troopers arrested Ryan Flynn, age 39, of 181 Carpenter Street 2nd, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - .10 to.15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.129% and Phase II: 0.128%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a notice to appear in Third Division Court.
