ARREST: 25RIK2-3-AR LOCATION: NORTH KINGSTOWN
At 2:33 PM, Troopers arrested Adam Moran, age 42, of 67 Kalmer Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Superior Court Reciprocal Body Attachment, Non-Criminal Charge. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 North in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later transferred to the ACI – Men's Intake facility.
ARREST: 25RIK2-4-AR LOCATION: WARWICK
At 1:14 AM, Troopers arrested Erhan Tekin, age 30, of 119 Harrishof Street, Dorchester, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Mr. Tekin was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight for morning arraignment.
