At 10:35 AM, Troopers arrested Alcenio Almonte, age 29, of 199 Hanover Street, Apartment #3, Providence, RI for Domestic Violence -Violation of a No Contact Order –First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Almonte was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and transported to Third District Court for arraignment.
