At 11:46 PM, Troopers arrested Brian Keene, age 44, of 28 Keene Street, North Smithfield, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North in the Town of North Providence. Keene was processed at the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future date at the Third Division District Court.
At 12:25 AM, Troopers arrested Claribel Fernandez, age 52, of 272 Broadway Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Cocaine), 2.) Driving After Suspension Certain Violations – 1st Offense, 3.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs - BAC Unknown – 1st Offense, 4.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty, 5.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. Fernandez was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where she refused processing and was subsequently held pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, where she will be presented as a violator.
At 12:10 AM, Troopers arrested Eliah Grant, age 75, of 242 Vose Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a E-911 call reporting a wrong way driver on Route 146 North in the Town of Lincoln. Grant was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with pending a future date at the Third Division District Court.
At 2:47 AM, Troopers arrested Brian Gonzalez, age 22, of 552 Privilege Street Apt. #1, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Crack Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Central Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Gonzalez was processed at the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with pending a future court date at the Sixth Division District Court.
