On Tuesday November 19th at 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Antwan Stuckey, age 32, of 150 Stamford Avenue, Apt. 5, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Driving with a Suspended License – 4th & Subsequent Offense, originating out of the Providence Police Department and 2.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney General on the original charge of Driving Without Consent of Owner, originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chad Brown Street in the City of Providence. Stuckey was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
On Wednesday November 20th at 2:15 AM, Troopers arrested Ariceliz Gonzalez, age 39, of 1115 Douglas Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty and 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Willful Trespass, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street, in the City of Providence. Gonzalez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
On Wednesday November 20th at 2:20 AM, Troopers arrested Hector Payano, age 33, of 14 Richardson Street, Apt. 1, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for a Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Payano was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
