On Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 1:08 PM, Troopers arrested Victor H. Tejeda Pavana, age 37, of 186 Broad Street, Apartment 3, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the City of Providence. Tejeda Pavana was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future court date.
On Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 11:06 PM, Troopers arrested Juliet M. Morgan, age 24, of 91 Titus Street, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown (Blood Results Pending) – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 146, in the Town of Lincoln. Morgan was evaluated/treated at Landmark Medical Center, processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and held pending arraignment/presentment as a probation violator at the Third Division District Court.
