ARREST: 24RIK2-406-AR LOCATION: NORTH KINGSTOWN
At 2:31 PM, Troopers arrested Erin Beckwith, age 42, of 169 Hideaway Lane, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for 1.) Simple Assault and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a disturbance on Route 4, in the Town of North Kingstown. Beckwith was transported to Kent County Hospital where she was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace as a probation/bail violator and placed into the custody of the Rhode Island Sherriff's.
ARREST: 24RIK2-407-AR LOCATION: NORTH KINGSTOWN
At 4:05 PM, Troopers arrested Noel Roy, age 26, of 154 Phenix Ave, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference, on the original charge of Embezzlement and Fraudulent Conversion > 100, originating out of the Westerly Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road, in the Town of North Kingstown. Roy was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Women's Intake Center.
