On Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 11:20AM, Troopers arrested Zackery Garcia, age 31 of 33 Scranton Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1) Disorderly Conduct and 2) Resisting Arrest. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal and taking custody of Garcia. Garcia was processed at State Police – Headquarters and later transported to Third Division District Court.
