At 1:13 AM, Troopers arrested Alisia M. Cabral, age 49, of 533 Douglas Avenue, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Fentanyl). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
