On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Johan Gonzalez, age 32, of last known address 137 Camden Avenue, Providence, RI for 1.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V- Less than 10 Grams. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Investigations Unit and the ACI Special Investigations Unit. Mr. Gonzalez was arraigned at Third District Court and released into the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Elton Vieira, age 25, of last known address 106 Spring Street, Apartment #3L, Pawtucket, RI for 1.) Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Investigations Unit and the ACI Records and Identification Unit. Mr. Vieira was arraigned at Third District Court and released into the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Darron Butler, age 37, of last known address 9 Geneva Street, Providence, RI for 1.) Simple Assault and Battery. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Investigations Unit and the ACI Records and Identification Unit. Mr. Butler was arraigned at Third District Court and released into the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Brandon D. Dolivramento, age 33, of last known address 28 Clay Street, Apartment #4, Central Falls, RI for 1.) Possession of Schedule I-V. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Investigations Unit and the ACI Records and Identification Unit. Mr. Vieira was arraigned at Third District Court and released into the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On Friday June 7, 2024, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit charged Austin S. Pereira, age 18, of 308 Columbus Avenue Pawtucket, Rhode Island on for 1.) Larceny > $10,000; 2.) Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle 1st Offense; and 3.) Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Gaming Enforcement Unit. Mr. Pereira was apprehended by members of the East Providence Police Department and the Uniform Division on Thursday, June 7, 2024, and held at the East Providence Police Department, pending morning arraignment at 6th District Court. During arraignment before the Honorable Judge Melissa Dubose, Mr. Pereira was released on $5,000 personal recognizance and held as a 6th District Court Bail Violator.
