At 9:10 PM, Troopers arrested Kayleigh Lagasse, age 37, of 137 Drum Rock Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. .15 or Greater – First Offense. (Phase I: .200; Phase II: .192) The arrest resulted from calls for an erratic operator and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Pike in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to Rhode Island State Police Headquarters, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
