My team is hosting twice weekly COVID-19 virtual town hall meetings for Rhode Island's small business community.
During each meeting, I am joined by different guests to highlight new information and answer questions from small business owners. Recurring guests include Liz Tanner, Director of the Department of Business Regulation; Mark Hayward, SBA Rhode Island District Director and Matt Weldon, Assistant Director of the Department of Labor and Training. On Wednesday mornings, we host a conference call with local leaders in healthy aging and long-term care to discuss efforts and resources related to COVID-19. On these calls, we've heard updates from the Rhode Island Office of Healthy Aging, the Alzheimer's Association Rhode Island Chapter, our local senior centers and others.
Anyone is welcome to call in and submit their healthy aging and long-term care related questions in advance.

Every Wednesday evening, Rhode Islanders can watch and participate in "Ask Dan" on Facebook Live. During this weekly segment, we bring on guests from the community to discuss a wide variety of subjects like veterans affairs, youth entrepreneurship, small business supports and more.
