Complainant alleged the City failed to timely respond to his APRA request. The City acknowledged that its response was untimely due to a mistake, and accordingly we determined the City violated the APRA. The parties' submissions suggest that the documents sought by the Complainant have now been provided. The Complainant is free to submit a new complaint if issues regarding the substantive response remain. We did not find evidence of a willful and knowing, or reckless, violation, and did not find that injunctive relief was appropriate. VIOLATION FOUND.
