The Department of Human Services (DHS) has recently added two additional resources to further help our customers and others assisting our customers with the benefits and programs they need to thrive at home, work and in the community.
If you are helping a loved one or resident living in your nursing home or assisted living facility with renewing their Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) benefits, there is a new renewal checklist (link is below) that can help if they have a change to report. Please also remind them to fill out, sign and return the renewal packet by the due date to avoid interruption or termination of benefits.
The Office of Child Care (CCAP) also completed a Quick Reference Guide (QRG), in English and in Spanish, to help child care providers who use the Department's Provider Portal. It provides an overview of how to log in, enroll a child, search for and submit attendance and view reports and correspondence. The link is below as well.
