On November 5, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Abdulkhalek Darwich with six counts of first-degree child molestation, three counts of first-degree sexual assault, one count of simple assault, and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The alleged acts occurred in the city of Pawtucket on diverse dates between July 21, 2007 and July 20, 2016. The Pawtucket Police Department conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on November 27, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.
Dwayne Harmon (age 30) Woonsocket, RI P1/19-5823ADV
On November 5, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Dwayne Harmon with one count of first-degree sexual assault, domestic; one count of felony assault, domestic; one count of vandalism, domestic; and one count of refusing to relinquish a telephone.
The alleged acts occurred in the city of Woonsocket sometime on August 25, 2019. The Woonsocket Police Department conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on November 27, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.
