On September 30, 2019, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Bruce MacNeil with 10 counts of first-degree child molestation and eight counts of third-degree sexual assault.
The alleged acts occurred in the city of Warwick on diverse dates sometime between December 26, 2012 and July 31, 2016. The Warwick Police Department conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on October 18, 2019 in Kent County Superior Court.
