On June 27, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Christopher Michaelson with three counts of first-degree child molestation, two counts of second-degree child molestation, one count of enticement of a juvenile, and one count of indecent solicitation of a child.

On June 27, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Marvin Gomez with four counts of first-degree child molestation and one count of second-degree child molestation.
The alleged acts occurred in the city of Central Falls sometime between October 17, 2013 and October 17, 2016. The Central Falls Police Department conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on July 17, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.
