On January 28, 2019, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Zachary Sostak with one count of first-degree robbery, one count of conspiracy to commit first degree robbery, one count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and one count of carrying a pistol without a license.
The alleged acts occurred in the town of West Warwick sometime on April 27, 2018. The West Warwick Police and Hopkinton Police Departments conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on February 22, 2019 in Kent County Superior Court.
