The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Arnold Evans with one count of murder, two counts of discharge of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, one count of assault with intern to murder, and one count of carrying a firearm without a license.
It is alleged that on or about July 1, 2018, Evans shot and killed Tyrone Williams and shot, with the intent to murder, London Cooley. The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation.
Evans is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on October 24, 2018.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Rashawn Banks with one count of murder, one count of discharge of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, one count of possession of a firearm without a license, one count of possession of a firearm having been previously committed of a crime of violence, and one count of conspiracy.
The Grand Jury also reported out indictments charging George Webb and Anthony Sharpe each with one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about June 17, 2018, Banks conspired with the co-defendants to assault Jacorey Sanders, and that Banks shot and killed Sanders.
The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Banks, Webb, and Sharpe are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on October 24, 2018.
