The Complainant alleged that the City violated the APRA when it disclosed a requested list of condemned properties but redacted the street numbers of the properties. After weighing the public interest in disclosure against any privacy interests, we found that there was a public interest in disclosure of the street numbers that outweighed the privacy interests. The instant matter thus differed in kind from Shorey v. City of Pawtucket, PR 16-53. Accordingly, we found that the City violated the APRA when it redacted the street numbers. The City was directed to disclose the document with the street numbers unredacted.
