Complainant presented no evidence that he had been aggrieved by the allegation that minutes had not been timely posted to the Secretary of State's website and presented no evidence that he had been aggrieved by other alleged deficiencies in the minutes. See Graziano v. Rhode Island Lottery Commission, 810 A.2d 215 (R.I. 2002). Moreover, allegation that minutes were devoid of discussion relating to "old business" did not violate the OMA since the OMA does not require the minutes to memorialize such information. See R.I. Gen. Laws 42-46-7(a).
