The Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) as well as the Department Human Services (DHS), including its Call Center, are currently experiencing a technical issue which does not appear to be RIBridges-related. The State's IT team is working with our vendors to determine the root cause as quickly as possible and is working with our team to minimize disruptions to service. DCYF and DHS offices are open and continue to serve customers. Phone calls from customers will be returned as soon as possible by our representatives.
