The Kent County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Wilson Vitali with one count of first degree sexual assault.
It is alleged that on or about March 11, 2017, Vitali sexually assaulted a female.
The alleged incident took place in Warwick and Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Vitali is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on October 27, 2017.
