The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Kamari Kerr with one count of first degree arson/domestic.
It is alleged that on or about June 11, 2017, Kerr set fire to a residence located at 212 Waterman Avenue, East Providence.
The alleged incident took place in East Providence and the East Providence Police conducted the investigation.
Kerr is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on August 23, 2017.
