The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Brandon Bernard with first degree robbery, conspiracy, and simple assault. It is alleged that on or about October 6, 2016, Bernard conspired with three other individuals to commit robbery and did assault and rob an individual. The alleged incident took place in East Providence and the East Providence Police conducted the investigation. Bernard is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 26, 2017.
Michael Medeiros (age 42) 246 Alabama Avenue Provide4nce, RI P1-2017-0858A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Michael Medeiros with one count of first degree sexual assault and three counts of second degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about April 30, 2016, Medeiros sexually assaulted a female. The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Medeiros is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 26, 2017.
